With all the hubris surrounding our change of website design/platform, I've had questions from a couple of regular customers about our cancellation policy, so I thought it might be useful to take a little time to explain what we're up to with this issue.

From the very first day, back in 1998 when we started CarJet.com, we published our "no quibble" refund policy. The idea was to provide a servcie that was as efficient at cancelling/refunding your car hire in Spain as we were at processing/charging it. At that time, there were several car hire brokers out there charging car hire cancellation fees of up to 100% when they weren't being charged anything from the car hire companies for that cancellation...

 

We don't charge cancellation fees - ever!

 

 

Our new website allows us to create "rules" around each car hire deal individually, so when you're looking at our search results and click the "info" button, you're essentially seeing a mini website about 1 car hire at 1 airport from 1 car hire company, So the message you'll see against any car is what we call in-house our '000' car hire policy : no cancellation fees, ever.
