Completing a survey on how people use their smartphones in relation to their holidays, cheapflights.co.uk found that users spend over 14 million hours a year (whilst at work… shh, don’t tell the boss) looking for flights on their smartphones.
They also found that Blackberry users were more likely to choose a jet set type destination like Marbella where as iPhone users were more likely to go for Paris or Las Vegas – they say this is because they’re more likely to be bigger risk takers and romantics. And when it comes to general adventure (I’m not really sure what that means – surely, that covers quite a lot!), Android users came up trumps.
