Age Requirements:
Minimum age 21 with 1 year driving experience.
Young driver supplement(21-25): 4.50 /day, max.50 .
Customers who have held a driving licence for less than 4 years - supplement of 4.50 per day, max.50 .
Customers aged 75+ must take the supplier`s Premium Plus extra insurance.
International Driving Licence:
Please note that if you do not have an EU driving licence you will need to bring an international driving licence along with your original licence to rent the car.
Additional Driver:
Additional driver 4.50 per day, maximum 50 per rental (price per additional driver).
Maximum number of additional drivers per rental: 3.
Payment:
A major credit card (Visa or Mastercard) in the name of the main driver is required in order to collect the car. (Please note that cards without the driver's name on will not be accepted). This company will not accept prepaid, recharge or virtual credit cards - or any card on which the relevant characters are not raised (embossed).
Debit cards (Visa and Mastercard only) are accepted if you take the supplier`s Premium Plus extra insurance.
Insurance:
Insurance includes Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) subject to an excess. Excess amount: 950 . You can take the SCDW to remove the excess from our supplier on collection for 20.00 a day. Or you can take out damage excess refund insurance with Carjet for only 9.50 a day - Total for your booking: 28.50 . If you prefer not to take DICKMANNS' excess waiver, a deposit of 950.00 will be blocked from your credit card. Please note that customer negligence is never included in the SCDW.
Mileage:
Unlimited mileage.
Fuel Policy:
Fuel is not included in our quoted rates. On arrival you will be asked to prepay a tank of fuel.
The fuel price will be between 73 and 82 . This includes the refueling service charge which will be between 28 and 34 . Please note that this is todays fuel price and could vary between now and your collection date.
When you've returned the car, you'll be refunded for the amount remaining in the tank minus the operational and refueling costs.
Diesel Supplement: 2 per day.
Out of Hours:
Collections/Returns between 23:00h-08.00h: 37 supplement.
Taking the car abroad / to other islands:
It is not allowed to drive the vehicle abroad.
GPS:
6.50 per day, maximum 65 per rental. Deposit for GPS: 100 (refunded when the GPS is returned).
Loss of vehicle documents:
Loss of vehicle documents fee: 100 . (This fee only applies if the car is returned without the documents).
Fine administration fee:
Fine admin fee: 50 . (This fee would be charged by the supplier if you were to receive a fine during your rental, such as a parking ticket or a speeding fine. Please note that this fee does not include the amount of the fine).
Other:
Fine for late return of vehicle: 40 /day plus rental price per day.
Fine for abandoning the vehicle: 120 + rental days + cost of transport of vehicle.
Diverted flights (if the car is collected from a different office than the one booked): 50 .
Accident Admin Fee: 50 .
No refunds for early return.
Please note that you must present the printed rental voucher on collection of the car otherwise a 15 penalty will apply.
Please note that in case of accident or damage to the car you must always contact the supplier straight away. You will need to complete a damage or accident report form for the insurance, otherwise you may not be covered.
Cancellation policy:
To obtain a refund of a prepaid booking you must cancel it before the start of your rental using the links contained in the voucher or through the "My Booking" section of our website.
