To obtain a refund of a prepaid booking, provided that the terms and conditions of the offer permit a refund, you must cancel it before the start of your rental using the link below or the link in your rental voucher.

If you want to return the vehicle to a different office than the one it was collected from you need to choose the ‘one way’ option when making your booking. To do this you need to unclick the ‘Return the van to the same location’ box and select where you’d like to return the van. Our search engine will automatically inform you if the route you have chosen is possible. The rental company normally charges a ‘one-way’ fee for returning the van to a different office. If this is the case, it is explained in the conditions before booking and again on the rental voucher.

Full/Full: You will be given the van with a full tank of fuel which you will pay for on collection. You need to return the van with a full tank and the money you paid for the tank on collection will be refunded. Full/Empty (Refund): You will be given the van with a full tank of fuel which you will pay for on collection. At the end of the rental when you return the van you will be refunded for the fuel remaining in the tank, minus the refueling supplement. The cost of the full tank and the fuel supplement can vary, depending on the van rental company. The cost of the full tank can vary and the exact amount charged for fuel will depend on the van type and model. The exact fuel prices can also depend on the van rental company. You can find all the information you need regarding the specific fuel policy for your booking on your rental voucher. Under no circumstances is the fuel included in the rental price.

Each van rental company has its own age requirements, but most will rent to people aged between 21 and 69, although it can vary depending on the rental company. If you're under 26, you are likely to have to pay a young driver fee.

Yes. With most companies there is an additional charge to pay for adding an extra driver. You can find information about any possible additional driver fees in the terms and conditions of each offer and also on your rental voucher.

Yes. For most offers on our website you will be required to leave a security deposit when you collect the van. The deposit amount will be temporarily blocked on / taken from the main driver’s credit card and held for the duration of the rental. As long as you bring the van back undamaged at the end of the rental, the money will be unblocked / returned.

We are never able to confirm the make, model or colour of the car you will receive. Your booking isn’t associated with a specific vehicle (make or model, colour, equipment etc) but is for a group of vehicles with similar characteristics. In the event that the requested group is not available you will be given a vehicle from a higher group at no extra cost.

The price can vary depending on the destination and dates, but the average price is between 30 and 50 €.
