I have just been on the phone to a very helpful young lady regarding the above car rental. For what ever reason I seemed to have booked 3 cars and and received 3 Secure ePayment reference number and apparently paid for 2 of them, but she has been very pleasant and helpful and is going to sort it all out for me. For this I am going to make sure all my friends on Facebook know that you are an excellent and trustworthy company to deal with regarding car hire.

Jose! What!?!? Free car hire?! Are you mad?!??

Your car hire places are cheap and friendly enough, every time I go to Ibiza I book with you guys for my car hire. And I'm 99% sure I did when we went to Malaga in 2008.
If anyone asks I always say book with carjet.com and they've looked and agreed they can't find cheaper!
I will always praise you guys, and I hope you're always there! I don't know if I'm coming out to Ibiza this season, but I know where we do need you... Cyprus! It's rip off city over here, I'm always stuck with the family, no independence! :-(

Quiero ser la próxima afortunada para tener mi alquiler gratuito: Sólo tengo buenas pasabras para vosotros, pues hemos sido atendidos maravillosamente por nuestra reserva que hicimos en Barcelona el año pasado. Fueron cuatro coches, pues somos un grupo de amigos que teniamos una competición de nuestros hijos. Nuestro avión llegó bastante retrasado y allí estaban esperándonos en el Aeropuerto para acercarnos a recoger el coche de alquiler. Seguramente este año, también para Junio, volvamos a hacer la reserva con vosotros.

Por mi parte todo lo que debo decir de carjet es más que positivo!!!
Mi destino es Palma de Mallorca , lo utilizo durante todo el año para fines de semana y nunca he tenido problemas, jamás….y las ofertas son increíbles. Me da rabia pensar todo lo que he pagado antes de conoceros…

Estimados Sres./as., Simplemente quisiera agradecer el buen servicio telefónico recibido para atender mi reserva hasta que ha sido confirmada. He tenido que llamar tres veces: la primera fue para solicitar información y hacer la reserva (viernes). La segunda fue porque el lunes aún no había recibido confirmación de mi reserva (imagino obviamente que el fin de semana influyó) y además el coche que intentaba reservar había bajado de precio en su web y no hubo ningún problema en que la reserva se registrase con el precio actual de su web. La tercera ha sido hoy porque seguía sin recibir confirmación de reserva y las personas que me atendieron me informaron de que si no llegaba en 24h. es porque debía haber alguna incidencia. Así que finalmente he cambiado el tipo de coche y en 10 min., como solían comentarme, he recibido la confirmación. Quiero hacer llegar mi agradecimiento especialmente a Sofia, que atendió mi primera y tercera llamada, por su paciencia, ayuda y amabilidad y al chico que atendió mi segunda llamada, aunque lamento no saber su nombre, también por su amabilidad y buena predisposición. Todo fue como me habían dicho en el correo que me mandaron. Recogí el vehículo en Atesa de Albacete.
Era una Ford Transint de 9 plazas con climatización en todas las plazas, aspecto que es muy importante, esto lo tendrían que llevar todo este tipo de vehículos, porque si no el viaje se convierte en un suplicio para los pasajeros de la parte de atrás.

Contraté sus servicios desde Tenerife para recoger un vehiculo en el aeropuerto de Sevilla y devolverlo allí despues de diez dias.

Mi avion se retrasó casi tres horas y en la oficina me dijeron que no me preocupara que ellos permanecerian abiertos despues del horario habitual para que no me quedara sin poder recoger el coche, como así fué.

El servicio, por tanto, fue excelente.

El vehiculo, un Seat Ibiza diesel con tan solo 15 kilometros de uso (supongo que el recorrido del concesionario hasta el aparcamiento del aeropuerto), esplendido, asi que pueden contar conmigo y mis amigos y familiares como clientes habituales.

Ayer alquilé por primera vez un vehículo en esa Empresa, en el Aeropuerto de Valencia.

Debo manifestarles, que quedé plenamente satisfecho, tanto con el servicio recibido, como con el vehículo y el precio.

Necesitaba el coche para 8 horas y aún contratándolo para tres dias, me costó la mitad que con otros rent a car, para uno solo. Además, se me ofreció un vehículo que mejoraba mi solicitud inciial, sin costa adicional, naturalmente.

No duden de que recomendaré su Empresa a mis amistades, en vista de la favorable experiencia.

La informacion que ofrecen en su pagina web, me parece correcta y adecuada.

Es la primera vez que trato con carjet y la verdad tenía algo de miedo.

Os cuento: Necesitaba un vehículo para recogerlo en el aeropuerto de Canarias a las 2 de la madrugada (hora de llegada del vuelo 1:45 H), días antes había llamado al aeropuerto y me comentaron que ese día y a esa hora no había ninguna casa de alquiler abierta.

Como en la página de carjet constataban que tenían servicio en aeropuertos la 24 h del día me decidí y reservé.

Al llegar a Canarias con el vuelo retrasado 45 minutos sobre la hora prevista, más se incrementaba mi miedo.

Pero no, fue una grata sorpresa, la empresa que tenia que entregarme el vehículo era la única abierta y esperando mi llegada.

Mi experiencia con carjet ha sido muy satisfactoria y la recomiendo.

Sin duda alguna volvería a reservar con ellos.

In der Vergangenheit haben wir schon mehrfach mit carjet gebucht und werden dies auch wieder tun.
Nach einer Reifenpanne durch einen eingefahrenen Nagel haben wir die ausgelegten Kosten bei der Rückgabe des Fahrzeugen noch am Flughafen in bar erhalten!
Mehr Service geht wohl kaum!!

"Man bekommt wirklich einen guten Service"

Hallo Herr Jose,

hier meine Geschichte zum Thema Mietwagen,
Wir das sind meine Familie und ich. Haben eine Ferienwohnung in Torrevieja Alicante. Deswegen Fliegen wir so oft wie möglich im Jahr nach Alicante. Wir nehmen uns immer am Flughafen ein Mitauto von carjet den ich vorher in Deutschland übers Internet online Reserviert habe. Hat bis jetzt Super Funktioniert, und ich kann nur die Werbung von carjet Bestätigen, habe immer ein Super Auto gehabt neues Modell wenig Kilometer, und was das entscheidende für mich ist, den ich Fahre viele Kilometer in Spanien die Fahrzeuge sind in einen einwandfreien Technischen Zustand, Kann ich mit ruhigen Gewissen sagen denn ich bin von Beruf KFZ-Meister.

Es ist nicht selbstverständlich das alle Anbieter von Mitautos das so handhaben. Ich habe mich einmal verleiten lassen nicht bei carjet zu Buchen, weil Autogrown um ein Paar Euro günstiger war. Und ich muß gestehen das ich das sehr bereut habe. Ich bekam einen Ford Focus der eigentlich Schrot war 150 000Km, Reifen abgefahren, beim bremsen zog der Wagen nach links, überall angefahren und vieles mehr. Ich tauschte noch am selben Tag das Fahrzeug gegen einen Seat Leon, dieser war auch schon mehr ein Oldtimer auch mit 125000Km, Fahrzeug war auch im Innenraum nicht sauber gemacht worden, mit diesem Wagen blieben wir am dritten Tag unseres Urlaubs mit Motorschaden in der Region Murcia in der Pampa liegen. Es dauerte fast einen halben Tag bis uns ein Ersatz wagen gebracht wurde, zu unseren erstaunen auch noch eine Klasse kleiner wie uns zugestanden wäre.

Deswegen kommt für uns nur carjet in Frage, die sind auch vom Preis unschlagbar, und man bekommt wirklich einen guten Service.

Hallo Andrea,

da Herr Schiffer bei der ersten Anmietung meine emailadresse angegeben hat, erhalte ich immer die News von carjet. Eine tolle Erfahrung möchte ich Ihnen heute schreiben:

In 2011 waren wir mit 4 Personen in Calpe. Da wir einen Rollstuhlfahrer dabei hatten, habe ich bei der Buchung darum gebeten, einen Berlingo oder Kangoo bereitzustellen. Normalerweise hat man ja keinen Anspruch auf ein spezielles Fahrzeugmodell, sondern nur auf eine Fahrzeugklasse. Ich fand es einfach super, dass man bei carjet trotzdem auf unseren Sonderwunsch reagiert hat und uns zu den sowieso unschlagbar günstigen Preisen auch noch ein fast fabrikneues "Wunschmodell" zur Verfügung gestellt hat. In Spanien würde ich niemals auf die Idee kommen, woanders als bei carjet zu mieten.

I have just booked my Hire Car for Malaga Airport for our second time this year ( also twice last year ) with yourselves As ever I wasted my time looking around all the ‘Google hits’ for cheaper quotes many offering guaranteed makes and models of car from a KA to a Merc and yet again not only are you the cheapest but also the service has always been first class and trouble free. In fact when I hand over my rental voucher to the staff at the car rental desk the service seems to go up a level and I appear to get better treatment than others that are being served, I put that down to yourselves sorting everything on my behalf before I arrive – THANK YOU

I recommend you to all my friends. Often the overheard topic of conversation I hear in restaurants is who hired what from whom and how much then when I tell them about your prices and excellent service they all say next time they will try carjet.com
This Summer we are again visiting the beautiful Andalucían countryside by a Vineyard and winemaker ( which we will be sampling – more than once)!. Asi que buscando foward a largos días de calor relajarse en la piscina con un par cervezas y una botella Vino Tinto

With reference to the above, can I take the opportunity of thanking you for the excellent service you provided.

I rented my vehicle from 27th December 2006 to 1st January 2007 at Murcia Airport.

On returning the vehicle, I was running very late and was in a position that it was likely I would miss my flight. Becauase of this, I went directly to the Departure Lounge in order to book in.

On arrival at the airport I saw a representative from Auriga Crown (unfortunately I cnnot remember her name) and on explaining that I was in danger of missing my flight, she enabled me to leave the vehicle with her for her to return it to the depot.

Her understanding of my predicament was such that I subsequently caught my flight with literally minutes to spare and without her understanding and asistence I would have definately missed my flight.

Although my booking is for future dates I would like to say that I have used 'carjet' on previous occasions and have been completely satisfied.

Cars were clean, new and everything was very efficient from going to collect your car and again when returning your car.

I feel it is really good that you don't have to pay prior and pay on arrival.

From booking the car via email the confirmation is returned immediately.

Having fully comprehensive insurance is also a key factor in using 'carjet'.

May I commend your staff on our arrival at Malaga Airport on 3rd February?

The service was prompt and a very pleasant experience.

It was very pleasant to pick up a car which was a higher grade than that ordered.

However, on driving out of the car park there was an extremely unpleasant odour from what seemed to be brakes seized. We parked up and went back to the desk.

The gentleman there was extremely helpful, immediately accessed another car (which was an even higher grade) took us to where the first car was parked, helped us unload our luggage, and wished us a very happy holiday.

This was our first time in Costa del Sol, and I was so impressed by your service that I keep giving your details to anyone who is looking to hiring a car abroad.

I look forward to dealing with you again on 22 April.

für die Zeit vom 16.03.07 - 23.03.07 bin ich mal wieder für eine Woche auf meiner Lieblingsinsel - dem wunderschönen Mallorca.

Durch den Hinweis eines Freundes bin ich vor längerer Zeit auf die Internetseite " www.carjet.com " aufmerksam gemacht worden.

Seitdem ich die Mietwagen über ihr Unternehmen beziehe, hatte ich aber wirklich noch kein einziges Problem. Einen besseren Preis als den Ihrigen habe ich noch nicht gesehen. Außerdem sind die Autos, die von Ihnen vermietet werden, sind ja fast noch neuwertig.

Auch die Damen am Schalter des Flughafens, wo ich den Wagen nach der Ankunft beziehe, sind sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Daher habe ich auch keinerlei Verbesserungsvorschläge für Sie. Bleiben Sie einfach so wie Sie sind.

Since changing to Do You Spain I have hired cars on three occasions. I like the fact that it is 'Fully Comprehensive Insurance' and I do not have to pay until I arrive at the Airport.

I had a car hired for the 12th August 2012 and I know it stated that you can change or cancel at any time, but sometimes there is a clause in the small print and go don’t get what it says on the tin!!!

Having said that Do-You-Spain have excelled themselves because when I had to cancel as my wife was hospitalised for an unknown period of time, not only did I receive an email straight away confirming my cancellation, but the full amount of my car hire charge was put into my bank account in very quick time as well!!!

Keep it up Do-You-Spain, I will recommend you to all my friends!!

I was delighted with my new Ford focus automatic last april. I had booked a Corsa automatic, a much smaller car but on arrival was offered the Focus at no extra cost.

An absolute dream to drive.I retuned to England on the 6th of May after leaving the car in the car park & dropping the keys in the box provided.

Just wished to say that our experience was wonderful and problem free.

We live in Spain, and my husband was in process of renewing his Drivers License and we were not sure whether it would arrive in time. Whilst renewing your license, the "Dirección General de Trafico" issues you with an official document which allows you to drive legally within Spain (a sort of temporary drivers license). I contacted Avis to see if it would be OK, because although it is OK to drive with this official paper as per Spanish law, we were worried that Avis would not accept it.

I contacted Avis via their web page who said they would not accept it, but that I should nevertheless contact the local AVIS office just in case they would accept it. It sounded to me like a generic reply perhaps for all international bookings, which is probably why they divert you to the local office. Well I faxed copies of the document to the local office and they replied within 10 minutes to say that it would be OK.

Turned out that the drivers license arrived 1 day before we departed so all was well in the end anyway.

The service at AVIS was good, friendly and efficient. We took the extra insurance out to have fully comprehensive cover.

On the web page of carjet.com, the car advertised was a "Chevrolet Kalos 5 Door or similar" which I booked as I will only book 5 door-cars when travelling with any passengers in the back-seat.

We were given a VW Polo Diesel with 5 doors which was GREAT as our own cars are VW so it was easy to adapt to.

Well I suppose the whole e-mail could be reduced to 1 line:

I always used to use the companys down the ramp untill about 2 years ago then they bought out the fuel scam full out /empty back. I then left for another company that does like you do full out / full back. This is a much better system and as long as your company maintains this I and my friends will be happy to use your company. We asked for a Clio but were offered a Mercedes on arrival at Auriga Crown Rent a Car.
The good news is that it turned out to be a Mercedes A180 CDI. What a superb car. In 10 years of using a wide variety of hire cars in Spain this has been without doubt the finest hire car we have ever driven.....in all respects.
The price was good too!
The bad news is that we will use your services again in December 2010 and will expect an identical good service from you, i.e. a Mercedes A180. We hope you can do it!

Your service was excellent and is obvious that you provide a caring service, as the people in front of us required an automatic, and you took the time to provide one.
You also upgraded the car we ordered at no extra cost and we thoroughly enjoyed the Ford Focus.
Our only problem was that we knew where to return the car, but being our first time, we didn’t know how to get there. The lines in the airport were ringing with no reply, so I rang your office. An English lady said that it was easy to do, but could not give definite directions, however she asked the airport to contact me, which they did, and we were sorted. We had my 86 year old Mother with us, who cannot walk too far, so we couldn’t take the risk of a long walk, with suitcases and hand luggage.
An excellent service and we look forward to our return to Spain in September.

Hi,

I've just returned from Malaga where I rented a car via your website (ref above).

Just to say that everything went smoothly, picked up the car in the arrivals hall, the car was relatively new, less than 5000 km and clean with a full tank of fuel.

Not problems at all in the 750km I did in the week and the return was very easy with a quick check over of the car and a refund of the fuel deposit.

Whilst in the queue to pick up the car I was speaking to someone whot had booked with you 4 times and told me that you had always been very good that your prices were better than anybody and you didn't have to pay up from. I would recommend you to anyone.

I will tell all my colleagues at work and friends to check you out before booking hire cars in the future.

I have just returned from Mallorca where, as you know, I rented a car through your company.

I thought that you would like to know that I was thoroughly impressed by the service which I was afforded by the car rental company!

Their staff were efficient, polite and friendly and, although I had booked a Clio, I was given a new Ford Fusion Diesel.

There was no problem so far as adding my partner to the contract when she flew out and, because I returned the vehicle with a full tank, I was given a full refund on the charge for fuel!

I have already booked flights for February and will be pleased to book my car through your company.

I will also be booking with you for my other trips to Palma this year.

Have just booked 7 seater for May 21-28 from Alicante Airport for next year with your company. The first booking was with a company who in the past we have had trouble with taking unauthorised credit card payments, we asked you to rebooked with another company.
The next company booked ran a shuttle bus which stopped at 2300 hours which may have conflicted with our flight and you were asked for another revised booking.
On both occasions this was done very professionally and promptly and new e-mails sent immediately.
We will give your our feedback in June next year when we return having used the service fully.

On our last visit for the very first time we had for a small fee an update in our car hire.
It was a Citroen 4, which was very nice and we were pleased.

I recently booked a car with you for 25 days with ADVANTAGE rent a car. I am pleased to report to you that it was the best car hire experience I've ever had at Malaga airport and I've booked many cars over the last 10 years.The car itself was immaculately clean inside and outside,it had all the safety equipment,ie vest and triangle. "Your system worked flawlessly"

Your system worked flawlessly, which was a great relief as I found it very unusual not to have to lodge any credit card details at the time of booking. We were collected from the airport and shuttled to the local car depot where the paperwork and payment was rapidly completed as soon as we produced the rental voucher we’d received by email from carjet.com. The car was only 3 months old, it was clean, tidy and fully fuelled. Returning the vehicle at the end of our holiday was equally slick, very quick and painless and in minutes we were being shuttled back to the airport.
The overall experience we had of carjet.com in Ibiza was very good, and the price we paid for the hire car was also very competitive – Thank You.
We would definitely use carjet.com if we decide to return to Spain or the Balearic Islands.

wir haben jetzt zum dritten Mal bei Ihnen gebucht und waren immer zufrieden. Sehr reibungslosen Empfang und unkomplizierte Rückgabe der Fahrzeuge macht das Buchen sehr angenehm. Das große Plus ist auch natürlich, dass man keine Kartendaten übers Internet herausgeben muss und keine Vorauszahlung leistet. Das Garantiert sehr geringes Risiko beim Mieten der Autos.
Auch die Erinnerungsmail ist sehr gut, weil man dann nach so einer langen Buchung im voraus weiß, dass alles in Ordnung gehen wird.
Also noch mal ein Fazit: sollte auch diesmal wieder alles Reibungslos funktionieren, werde ich auch im nächsten Jahr Höchst wahrscheinlich wieder bei Ihnen buchen.

Buenas:

Desde que descubrí Do You Spain no alquilo vehículos en ningún otro sitio. La reserva la puedes tramitar totalmente por internet sin ningún tipo de problema. Te envían la reserva a tu email. Si posteriormente deseas cancelarla o modificarla tampoco existe ningún inconveniente.
En cuanto a los precios son económicos y el coche esta asegurado a todo riesgo. No existe letra pequeña en cuanto a los contrato y todo esta muy bien especificado y detallado. Les pienso hablar a todos mis amigos de vosotros y sé con seguridad que no van a alquilar ningún vehículo en otro sitio. Además sé que mas de uno lo a hacer.
En conjunto les doy la máxima puntuación.
En lo que respecta a la reserva de hoteles, está bien. En mi caso he comparado el precio que se me ofrece y con tury people, me salen un poquito mas caros pero lleva incluida la media pensión, por supuesto esto no es una critica negativa.
Lo recomiendo a todas las personas que estén pensando en alquilar cualquier coche.

The service has been great! super cars speedy pick up and return, fantastic value for money. When we have counted up transfers in the past we decided to hire a car through Do You Spain as they were recommended through many people. You have the car to get round and see things you would'nt in a bus, also you get back to the Airport before the rush of buses. We have hired at least 8-9 cars over the years. This year we have just booked a holiday Alicante, Benidorm,we are going away on our own for our 25th wedding anniversary, first time without the kids! on May the 16th till the 21st. as yet we have'nt hired a car, just looking into that over the next week, thanks again!

"Quality of service and the quality of the cars"

Dear Claire,

During November 2011 December 2011 and January 2012 I was doing some work in the UK and used to pick up a car on a Sunday then return it on either Tuesday / Wednesday or Thursday depending on my flight back to the UK I must have had 10 cars over this period and I never had any problems. It was cheaper to use your car hire than to drive my own car to Alicante and park it while I was away I can not praise your company enough for the quality of service and the quality of the cars I had over this period.

Hi, last week i was in the UK for a few days, and i recommended to 2 friends that are visiting Gibraltar/Spain that they should book their cars from carjet.com. a)because they won't find cheaper. b)they can always cancel free of charge if they change their mind. One friend is coming in a couple of weeks, and the other is coming in the summer.
I've recommended a lot of friends, and will continue to do so when the opportunity arises.

But is a welcome break from snow & rain
I could of course use bus, foot or train
But that would depict me as one without a brain
And as I am quite frugal and indeed extremely sane

Thank you for your occasional email re car hire prices. We often travel to Spain and when needed I most always use Do-You- Spain for car hire. Unfortunately I am not always able to decide in advance when we go, so cannot always avail of your special offers, hence the last minute bookings on a lot of occasions.. However I have always found your rates to be the best available, albeit sometimes the cars may not be in the most pristine condition. I have never had a breakdown and have always found the service to be excellent, so please continue to alert me to special offers and I may even begin to avail of hotel offers, as we have several options in the use of villa's / apartments, but have yet to try out hotel deals.

It is good to receive your emails giving details regarding your company.
I have been using your services for several years now and have nothing but admiration for the excellent manner in which I have been treated all along.
Your web page and the booking process are very simple to follow as is the speedy and simple processing through the various hire companies at Murcia Airport. (Each company would appear to have my address in Spain thus simplifying the “form filling”)
It is an excellent and worthwhile exercise to be able to amend and/or cancel existing reservations and to be able to rebook for the same dates and save money in doing so!
I have recommended your company to quite a few of my friends who likewise share my feelings.
I would point out that I have made two further reservations for the forthcoming season also two further bookings have been initiated on behalf of my immediate family members who will be joining us whilst on holiday.
Needless to say, I shall be happy to continue using “carjet.com” Keep up the good work!
