You can cancel your booking using the link below or the link contained in your rental voucher. The cancellation policy for each booking depends on the motorbike hire company. Please note you will need to bring your voucher to the pick up office to be able to collect your motorbike. We suggest you print it out to speed up the pick up process.

If you want to return the vehicle to a different office than the one it was collected from you need to choose the ‘one way’ option when making your booking. To do this you need to unclick the ‘Return the motorbike to the same location’ box and select where you’d like to return the motorbike. Our search engine will automatically inform you if the route you have chosen is possible. The rental company normally charges a ‘one-way’ fee for returning the motorbike to a different office. If this is the case, it is explained in the conditions before booking and again on the rental voucher.

Full/Full: You will be given the motorbike with a full tank of fuel which you will pay for on collection. You need to return the motorbike with a full tank and the money you paid for the tank on collection will be refunded. Full/Empty (Refund): You will be given the motorbike with a full tank of fuel which you will pay for on collection. At the end of the rental when you return the motorbike you will be refunded for the fuel remaining in the tank, minus the refueling supplement. The cost of the full tank and the fuel supplement can vary, depending on the motorbike rental company. The cost of the full tank can vary and the exact amount charged for fuel will depend on the motorbike type and model. The exact fuel prices can also depend on the motorbike hire company. You can find all the information you need regarding the specific fuel policy for your booking on your rental voucher. Under no circumstances is the fuel included in the rental price.

The minimum age is 21 years old for most of the hire companies. You can find information about the age requirements and any possible young driver fees in the terms and conditions of each offer and also on your rental voucher.

Details of any additional drivers must be provided at the local office when you pick up your hire motorbike.

If you don’t want to have to leave a deposit for the excess when you collect the motorbike you can choose an offer with zero excess.

We are never able to confirm the make, model or colour of the motorbike you will receive. If your reservation is not labeled as 'guaranteed model,' we cannot confirm the make, model, or colour of the vehicle, but we can confirm a set of features common to the category of motorbike you reserved. The model of the motorbike you will receive will depend on the fleet available at your destination.

In most cases the main driver needs a credit card in order to hire a motorbike. Sometimes it is also possible to pay with a debit card. In this case you should contact us and we will try to find a solution.
