The main driver needs these four documents to be able to collect the car (all must be original documents and in the drivers' name): a credit card with embossed numbers and sufficient credit to cover the deposit amount and any extras, passport or ID card, full driving license and the rental voucher.

You will find all the fuel policy information in Norway in the terms and conditions of each offer and in your voucher. With the full/full option you will collect the car with a full tank and you will have to return it full. Therefore, you will only pay for the fuel you use.

We are never able to confirm the make, model or colour of the car you will receive. Your booking isn’t associated with a specific vehicle (make or model, colour, equipment etc) but is for a group of vehicles with similar characteristics. In the event that the requested group is not available you will be given a vehicle from a higher group at no extra cost.
If you don’t want to have to leave a deposit for the excess when you collect the car you can choose an offer with zero excess.
