The main driver needs these four documents to be able to collect the car (all must be original documents and in the drivers' name): a credit card with embossed numbers and sufficient credit to cover the deposit amount and any extras, passport or ID card, full driving license and the rental voucher.

You will be able to extend your booking as long as the company permits extensions and provided that the car is available for the extra days. Please note that you will need to go to the local office to sign the contract extension. We are never able to confirm the make, model or colour of the car you will receive. Your booking isn’t associated with a specific vehicle (make or model, colour, equipment etc) but is for a group of vehicles with similar characteristics. In the event that the requested group is not available you will be given a vehicle from a higher group at no extra cost.

In most cases the main driver needs a credit card in order to rent a car. Sometimes it is also possible to pay with a debit card. In this case you should contact us and we will try to find a solution.

If the main driver only has a debit card in his name, we advise you to choose a car rental offer where debit cards are accepted. This can be seen in the conditions of each offer. In addition, we recommend you to apply the 'Debit card' filter to directly access all the offers available.

All rentals must have Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection which are included with the car when you book it and are often subject to an excess.
