Please note you will need to bring your voucher to the pick up office to be able to collect your car. We suggest you print it out to speed up the pick up process.
If you want to return the vehicle to a different office than the one it was collected from you need to choose the ‘one way’ option when making your booking. To do this you need to unclick the ‘Return the car to the same location’ box and select where you’d like to return the car. Our search engine will automatically inform you if the route you have chosen is possible. The car hire company normally charges a ‘one-way’ fee for returning the car to a different office. If this is the case, it is explained in the conditions before booking and again on the rental voucher.

We are never able to confirm the make, model or colour of the car you will receive. Your booking isn’t associated with a specific vehicle (make or model, colour, equipment etc) but is for a group of vehicles with similar characteristics. In the event that the requested group is not available you will be given a vehicle from a higher group at no extra cost.
All rentals must have Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection which are included with the car when you book it and are often subject to an excess.
Yes. For most offers on our website you will be required to leave a security deposit when you collect the car. The deposit amount will be temporarily blocked on / taken from the main driver’s credit card and held for the duration of the rental. As long as you bring the car back undamaged at the end of the rental, the money will be unblocked / returned.
