The main driver needs four documents to collect the scooter (all must be original documents, valid, and in your name):

• A credit card with sufficient funds for the deposit
• An ID card or passport
• A driving licence
• The rental voucher

Please note that all documents and permits must be original. Digital versions or photocopies will not be accepted. This also includes any supporting documents, such as proof of address, proof of identity, or any other document necessary to formalise the rental agreement.

Yes, the helmet is included in the rental. However, gloves and other additional accessories are not included and may cost extra.
