Our search engine will automatically inform you if the route you have chosen is possible. The rental company normally charges a ‘one-way’ fee for returning the car to a different office. If this is the case, it is explained in the conditions before booking and again on the rental voucher.

We are never able to confirm the make, model or colour of the car you will receive. Your booking isn’t associated with a specific vehicle (make or model, colour, equipment etc) but is for a group of vehicles with similar characteristics. In the event that the requested group is not available you will be given a vehicle from a higher group at no extra cost.
