In most cases the main driver needs a credit card in order to hire a car. Sometimes it is also possible to pay with a debit card. In this case you should contact us and we will try to find a solution.

The main driver needs these four documents to be able to collect the car (all must be original documents and in the drivers' name): a credit card with embossed numbers and sufficient credit to cover the deposit amount and any extras, passport or ID card, full driving license and the rental voucher.

You can cancel your booking using the link below or the link contained in your rental voucher. The cancellation policy for each booking depends on the car rental company. You can see the cancellation policy in the terms and conditions of each offer. To obtain a refund of a prepaid booking, provided that the terms and conditions of the offer permit a refund, you must cancel it before the start of your rental using the link below or the link in your rental voucher.

You will be able to extend your booking as long as the company permits extensions and provided that the car is available for the extra days. Please note that you will need to go to the local office to sign the contract extension. Failure to do so can invalidate the insurance and result in a penalty charge for not extending the contract on time.

The fuel policy determines how you will pay for the fuel for your rental car and whether you will have to refill the tank or not before dropping off the car. You can see each car’s fuel policy clearly by its description.

Full/Full: You will be given the car with a full tank of fuel which you will pay for on collection. You need to return the car with a full tank and the money you paid for the tank on collection will be refunded. Full/Empty (Refund): You will be given the car with a full tank of fuel which you will pay for on collection. At the end of the rental when you return the car you will be refunded for the fuel remaining in the tank, minus the refueling supplement. The cost of the full tank and the fuel supplement can vary, depending on the car rental company. The cost of the full tank can vary and the exact amount charged for fuel will depend on the car type and model. The exact fuel prices can also depend on the car rental company. You can find all the information you need regarding the specific fuel policy for your booking on your rental voucher. Under no circumstances is the fuel included in the rental price.

The voucher is the confirmation of your booking. It contains your booking number and all the information you will need to pick up your car.

Please note you will need to bring your voucher to the pick up office to be able to collect your car. We suggest you print it out to speed up the pick up process.

Only drivers whose names appear in the rental contract are allowed to drive the rental car.
