If you want to return the vehicle to a different office than the one it was collected from you need to choose the ‘one way’ option when making your booking. To do this you need to unclick the ‘Return the car to the same location’ box and select where you’d like to return the car. Our search engine will automatically inform you if the route you have chosen is possible. The rental company normally charges a ‘one-way’ fee for returning the car to a different office. If this is the case, it is explained in the conditions before booking and again on the rental voucher.

Full/Full: You will be given the car with a full tank of fuel which you will pay for on collection. You need to return the car with a full tank and the money you paid for the tank on collection will be refunded. Full/Empty (Refund): You will be given the car with a full tank of fuel which you will pay for on collection. At the end of the rental when you return the car you will be refunded for the fuel remaining in the tank, minus the refueling supplement. The cost of the full tank and the fuel supplement can vary, depending on the car rental company. The cost of the full tank can vary and the exact amount charged for fuel will depend on the car type and model. The exact fuel prices can also depend on the car rental company. You can find all the information you need regarding the specific fuel policy for your booking on your rental voucher. Under no circumstances is the fuel included in the rental price.

The minimum age is 21 years old for most of the rental companies. You can find information about the age requirements and any possible young driver fees in the terms and conditions of each offer and also on your rental voucher.

Details of any additional drivers must be provided at the local office when you pick up your rental car.

We are never able to confirm the make, model or colour of the car you will receive. Your booking isn’t associated with a specific vehicle (make or model, colour, equipment etc) but is for a group of vehicles with similar characteristics. In the event that the requested group is not available you will be given a vehicle from a higher group at no extra cost.

Each destination is different, but many customers prefer a small car for city driving and larger cars for longer journeys.

In most cases the main driver needs a credit card in order to rent a car. Sometimes it is also possible to pay with a debit card. In this case you should contact us and we will try to find a solution.

If the main driver only has a debit card in his name, we advise you to choose a car rental offer where debit cards are accepted. This can be seen in the conditions of each offer. In addition, we recommend you to apply the 'Debit card' filter to directly access all the offers available.

The main driver needs these four documents to be able to collect the car (all must be original documents and in the drivers' name): a credit card with embossed numbers and sufficient credit to cover the deposit amount and any extras, passport or ID card, full driving license and the rental voucher.
