Your booking isn’t associated with a specific vehicle (make or model, colour, equipment etc) but is for a group of vehicles with similar characteristics. In the event that the requested group is not available you will be given a vehicle from a higher group at no extra cost.

All rentals must have Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection which are included with the car when you book it and are often subject to an excess.

You will be able to extend your booking as long as the company permits extensions and provided that the car is available for the extra days.
